Its a direct swap for the bootlid but you will have to get fiddly with the wiring that goes through the rubber grommet into the tailgate itself. you'll need to strip down all your existing inner panel and to remove the keyhole to transfer over to the new tail. other than that its just a matter of unbolting the hinges.

Seats, do you currently have airbags in your seats? if you do then make sure to remove the Negative battery terminal before ya remove the seats for the new ones. if you dont then you'll get an airbag warning on the dash that doesnt just clear itself with the new seats, you need to do it by had at the fusebox with a piece of wire.
If the new seats have airbags too then you wont have any trouble simply bolting them in and plugging in the airbag cables. if they don't though, you'll either have to transfer over your own bags from the previous seats or simply bridge the airbag plug with a resistor to prevent the light from coming on (if the light is on, none of the airbags will work, front bags etc etc)

you could also save yourself the bother of transfering over the keyhole if you decided to smooth it out altogether., :)

it'd look pretty slick and you could also colour code the trim piece the same as your car colour.

The hole where you stick the key, (far right in this pic)

I was suggesting filling it in with P40, flat sanding and smoothing it into the trim panel. you could also paint the panel (the long thin blue bit there with the H badge in it) in the same colour as the rest of the car for some contrast. :)

very easy, There's no mounting holes under the badges or anything. get a heatgun or a hair drier and heat the badges up (be careful not to burn the paint if its a heat gun) and when they are really warm the glue will be nice and soft, allowing you to pull em off. if theres any gunk left over you can clear it away with some white spirits/ipa etc etc.
