Hey guys,
just had this idea rolling around in my head for a couple days. would a B16A2 engine from a 1990 - 2000 civic vti fit into an ep1. I know i would probably need the engine transmission and ecu from the doner car aswell. not imminent but just a thought. any suggestions welcome

Theoretically you could fit any engine (within reason) into an EP. You just need to have the correct engine mounts! And a lot of time and money

thanks man. i got the issue too, total minter of an ep2. but its an integra engine methinks. i was thinkin about the 1.6 from a civc vti. although....integra engine does sound better...

Would cost a lot to do (as did the DC2 conversion one, as it involves custom mounts, etc) with very little reward... B16A2's have nowhere near enough power/torque for it to be worth swapping into a heavier EP... A K20 swap would probably cost about the same as well. lol
